docs: list common model package - #84

Description

The README's "Available model packages" table lists the shopping, transport,
and root schema packages, but omits ucp_sdk.models.schemas.common.
That package is included in the published wheel and currently exposes the
identity-linking models, including ScopePolicy and ScopeToken.

Fix: add the common package to the model package table so users can discover
the shared protocol models from the SDK documentation.
